The College & hospital is being run a single institution under the guidance of Principal & Dean of S N Medical College, Agra. He is also Chief of hospital and declared Head of the department by the government & hence drawing disbursing powers. The other powers are being executed under the guidance of principal himself.

To help the principal, for running the college and hospital following officers are responsible.

Finance Controller - To execute financial power and other administrative problems.   Superintendent in Chief - For managing the hospital & addressing the day to day patient management and relative issues whichever includes paramedical staff i.e. nursing staff, pharmacists, technician and other posts alongwith to ensure supplies of etc.   The decision of running this institution is being jointly taken by the Principal, Finance Controller, and Superintendent in Chief alongwith other Head of the departments as and when required   HOD is the senior most teaching staff of the department care of UG/PG teaching, research etc in the department and administration of the department issues.   Other categories of the employees are discharging responsibilities as per state government rulesmedicine and other surgical items required for patient care. As an administrator to look after hospital staff, teachers, nursing staff, paramedical staff, class III, class IV.
